Documented test practice
The AUD32 series documentation describes the production testing applied to that series: every AUD32 unit is subjected to a 24-hour load ageing test before leaving the factory, with test contents including overload, overvoltage and overcurrent tests; and each circuit board receives a protective coating at least twice, applied by automatic coating equipment.
Protection as a quality system
Across the range, the published protection sets are extensive and consistent — the AU720, for example, documents protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module fault, electric thermal relay action, overheating, short circuit, input and output phase loss, motor parameter abnormalities and internal memory faults; the AU8000 sealed inverter summarises its set as “11 big protections”, and the pump lines add process protections (dry-run, burst pipe, high pressure) on top of the electrical set. Solar line test-related documentation
The YSG solar documentation publishes an integrated protection set — lightning, overvoltage, overload, short circuit, overtemperature, tank overflow and dry-run — as part of its quality story for outdoor equipment.
